Introducing the Self-Care Charter

Today on International Self-Care Day, the celebration of self-care and health advantages of self-care practices are encouraged. Self-care is the cornerstone of good health and better outcomes. Indeed, the concept has become increasingly important as the need to take care of ourselves is realized more and more.

PPA is also proud and excited to help share the work of the Australian Self-Care Alliance in their development of the Self-Care Charter in collaboration with Lived Experience Australia.

The Charter sets out 10 principles to help guide self-care policy and practice in Australia. Learn more at https://lnkd.in/gt8uerks
