MPs Meet the MediKidz at PharmAus23

The PPA team was proud to support Bristol Myers-Squib at this year’s PharmAus, and introduce parliamentarians to The MediKidz. The MediKidz are characters from the comic  book ‘Understanding Melanoma’, an innovative new approach to medical education by the Melanoma Institute Australia and Jumo Health.  The comic book for kids aged 7 to 12 follows these medical superheroes as they help a young girl understand her mum’s diagnosis, how melanoma is treated and how she can support her mum.  Thank you to all the Parliamentarians who were able to drop by including Member for Bennelong, Jerome Laxale MP and Shadow Minister for Health and Aged Care, Senator Anne Ruston. Special thank you to Liz de Somer and Medicines Australia for another successful PharmAus.
